2. Scope and Purpose

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of the GeoPetPro online store purchasing smart pet identification tags and custom accessories.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
  • The total order cost (including shipping or payment fees) is clearly shown before checkout confirmation.
  • By confirming the order, the customer agrees to pay the total calculated amount.

4. Payment Methods

We provide secure payments processed with bank-grade encryption via licensed payment gateways (Ifthenpay and Stripe):

  • MB WAY / Local Gateways: Instant notification sent to the customer's phone application.
  • Multibanco: Entity and Reference generation for ATM or Homebanking payment.
  • Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Revolut Pay: Immediate processing via an encrypted secure channel.

5. Delivery Times & Conditions

Customized pet tags are carefully produced and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

Deliveries are shipped via registered post or courier express to the address specified during checkout. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days in Portugal and 4 to 10 business days abroad.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Directive)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard non-customized goods.

Legal Exception for Customized Goods: Under EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (such as tags laser-engraved with your pet's name and contact information).

In case of product defect or engraving error attributable to GeoPetPro, contact support@geopetpro.com for an immediate free replacement.

7. Alternative Dispute Resolution & Complaints Book

In case of a consumer dispute, EU customers can access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt).
